Sweden is a fascinating destination. A country bordering the ethereal Nordic lands neighboring Norway and Finland. I love this region – a stark contrast from my tropical homeland, Brazil.

I visited Scandinavia a few times and what stayed with me was the vastness of white powdered snow-covered forests and the painterly beauty of the long spring and summer days.

From Stockholm and its stunning metro stations and gastronomic scene to Lapland’s wilderness, Sweden has stunning hotel offerings – think The Tree Hotel for instance.

Dreaming of it already? Well, time to discover the Arctic Bath Hotel and be prepared for a post-pandemic getaway in the wilderness.

The Arctic circle might be just what one needs to reconnect to nature and to oneself once we are free to return to discover the world if solitude and silence are what you are looking for.

And in this last remaining northern wilderness, a hotel like no other is the perfect getaway destination – welcome to Arctic Bath Hotel.

Located in the Swedish Lapland, the hotel counts with an amazing structure of land and water cabins and a phenomenal spa & restaurant. Even though you will lay your head indoors at night, the surrounding nature has been incorporated into the cabins and suites.

Natural, sustainable materials with a rich history such as wood, stone, leather, and luxurious textiles harmonize together with Scandinavian design, a perfect hide-away under the northern skies.

Cabins are divided into 62m2 5 person loft-like spaces elevated on poles among the vegetation and connected by wooden walkways. Or floating cabins of 24m2 right on the perennial frozen river in Harads. Nice features are the meditation private cabin decks, pellets stoves and cool Scandinavian design.

    The northern lights

Best viewed during the August – March period, the northern lights color the skies. The Arctic Bath Hotel is ideally placed for experiencing this natural phenomenon, also known as the Aurora Borealis, which fascinates and attracts both visitors and explorers from all over the world. All you need is clear skies and warm clothes before heading out.
